Helping the environment

Our Vodion development comes complete with electric vehicle charging points and smart meters, while Rosemary House has been designed as a climate neutral development, meaning it will be less dependent on energy from fossil fuels and includes measures to generate energy on-site and reduce water consumption. Attention has also been paid to the local environment - trees and shrubs have been protected wherever possible.
