On the Road, Shared Ownership Week

A closer look at our On the Road event

In honour of this year’s Shared Ownership Week, we launched our “On the Road” drop-in conversation. The event was run exclusively for existing our shared ownership and rent residents in a bid to provide them with advice and information from our expert team.

It was a pleasure to meet all the fantastic residents who attended the event at Dial Arch in Woolwich Royal Arsenal. We were thrilled to host over 40 enthusiastic residents, and look forward to seeing them realise their property ambitions in the future.

We provided residents with information on how to get on the property ladder, as well as move up it, with assistance from Shared Ownership and Second Steps. Our fantastic Sales Manager, Vikki Walker, and her team were on hand to talk residents through the process and answer any questions.

In addition to this, we enlisted the help of independent financial advisors TMP. Not only were our residents able to receive advice from us, but they could also obtain complimentary independent mortgage advise.

After the positive feedback received, we hope that this event is the first of many for us and our residents.
