To celebrate Shared Ownership Week, we’re launching a competition to win a £100 John Lewis voucher.
Shared Ownership Week is a fantastic opportunity for first time buyers to find out more about Shared Ownership homes.
Shared Ownership gives prospective home owners the chance to purchase a share of a property, typically 25%, with the rest of the share owned by the housing provider. A mortgage is used to purchase the share owned, and a small rent is paid to the housing provider on the share that isn’t owned.
We have a large portfolio of homes, ranging from traditional family houses in the countryside to sophisticated city apartments. At present, we have 798 new homes and resales available across 35 developments.

Competition T&Cs
1. The promoter is: Southern Home Ownership whose registered office is at Fleet House, 59-61 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5LA.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Southern Home Ownership and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

14. The winner will be notified by DM on Twitter/Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
