How can you buy your new home?

Still renting or living with family? Shared Ownership could give you a place to call your own – and sooner than you think. Instead of paying rent to a landlord (or squeezing into your childhood bedroom) you can buy a share of a home that suits your budget and pay a reduced rent on the part you don’t own.

I think the biggest thing about owning a home for me is the freedom to decorate, and really feel like it’s your own place. I’ve lived in rental accommodation all my life, and its so nice now to just have my own furniture and all my own stuff.

Peter - London

The best part about my home is the balcony and the views. I bought with Shared Ownership and I would recommend it. It isn't as scary as it sounds and it was a speedy process.
