Duck Dash Game – Terms and Conditions 

1. Eligibility

• The Duck Dash game is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 
• To qualify for a prize, participants must tick the consent box agreeing to be contacted by Southern Housing New Homes and accept the Privacy Policy. 
• Employees, colleagues, and partners of Southern Housing are not eligible to win any prizes. 
• Participants who have previously won a prize in any round of the Duck Dash game are not eligible to win again. 
• Only one entry per person is eligible to be entered for prizes per game round. 
• Only one prize will be issued per household, regardless of the number of participants. 

2. How to Enter 

• To enter, participants must complete the online form and play the Duck Dash game. 
• Participants must tick the box on the form that states: 
  "I agree to be contacted by Southern Housing New Homes about relevant offers & updates. I understand that only by ticking this box, I'll be eligible to qualify for prizes associated with the Duck Dash game & I'm agreeing to Southern Housing's Privacy Policy." 
• Entries without this box ticked will not be eligible for prizes. 

3. Prizes 

• The prizes available are: 
  - £100 Amazon voucher for 1st place 
  - £50 Amazon voucher for 2nd place 
  - £20 Amazon voucher for 3rd place 
• Prizes are awarded based on the top three scores achieved during the game period  
(26-09-2025 9am – 5pm). 
• This competition is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. 
• Vouchers are not transferable and may only be redeemed by the winning participant. 
• Vouchers are subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions and must be redeemed within their validity period. 

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected based on their game scores. 
• Winners will be contacted via the details provided on the entry form within 10 days of the game closing. 
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be offered to the next highest scorer. 
• Please allow up to four weeks for voucher delivery. 

5. Fraudulent Activity

• Any attempt to manipulate the game, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent behaviour will result in disqualification. 

6. Data Protection

• By entering the game, you agree to Southern Housing New Homes processing your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 
• Your data will be used to contact you about relevant offers and updates, and to administer the game. 

7. General

• No cash alternative is available for any prize. 
• Southern Housing reserves the right to cancel or amend the game and these terms and conditions without notice. 
• By entering the game, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
