Silo has a daily-changing, mostly plant-based menu of innovative dishes or you can enjoy a five-course tasting menu. In any case, start with the amazing ‘siloaf’ and aged butter (with flour milled and butter churned on site). It is worth the venture, just a short 10-minute walk away from the development.
