Grand Avenue: Interior Design

We are incredibly proud of all the hard work that went into designing the homes at Grand Avenue. The homes have been perfectly designed and created with young professionals looking for seaside living, and busy commuters in mind.

For the development’s stunning show home, we worked with the design agency, InVesta, to help bring our creative vision to life. The aim was to create a grand suburban haven in Hove and the show home oozes comfortable luxury.

The respective identities of Brighton and Hove provided wonderful inspiration for the designers. One keynote of the design being the nearby 'Birdcage' bandstand, which provided inspiration for the geometric and bold patterns inside the show home, as well as the mosaic styles and botanical references. This is abundantly clear when looking at the bedroom pillow choices and wallpaper selections.

It was important for the location of the homes to stay rooted in the design inspiration. The designers took great care in choosing trinkets and artwork from local stores in the Hove area to keep that connection to its location prominent throughout.

Whilst the designers wanted to create vibrancy to mirror that of the local area, they also wanted to create an escape from the bustling city for residents. This was achieved through comforting fabrics and cool tones, all taking inspiration from Hove and its picturesque seaside location.
