Spooky season is officially upon us. It’s time to dust off the costumes, pick up a pumpkin and prepare for Halloween 2022. We’ve picked out a selection of hair-raising events happening around the Capital and the south east of England in the run up to October 31st.
Warner Bros Harry Potter World
What’s spookier than witches and wizards? Every year the iconic Warner Bros Harry Potter Studio Tour is given an extra scary makeover, with the iconic great hall featuring over 100 pumpkins floating above a spooky feast, as seen in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Not only that but you can channel your powers into learning how to defend yourself against the dark arts and take a deep dive into the importance of wand combat.
O2 Academy Islington – I love 90’s Halloween Night
For those who love a good 90s bop, why not check out O2 Islington’s 90s Halloween night. An evening of the top of the pops from the era mixed with some fabulously spooky fancy dress. This party will have you screaming.
Fright Night Cinema – The Rocky Horror Picture Show
If you’re ideal Halloween is sat down watching a classic horror with the biggest bowl of popcorn you’ve ever seen, then Pop-Up Cinema has you covered. This year they will be holding an intimate screening of The Rocky Horror Picture Show in the iconic Rivoli Ballroom, expect ghoulish themed cocktails and a dark and mysterious bar dating back to the 1950s.
Tulley’s Farm: Shocktoberfest
Running for the last 25 years, Tulley’s farm is one of Europe’s largest ‘scream parks’. Featuring over 100 actors on hand to give you the fright of your life. Filled with special effects, immersive scenery, great food and a fantastic atmosphere, the whole experience will make you feel like you’re in a waking nightmare.
