The brains behind Silo state that the restaurant was born from a desire to innovate whilst respecting the environment, our bodies and the way food is generated. On top of these impressive feats, Silo’s delicious brunch menu, including its take on the traditional English breakfast, and pastries direct from the café’s bakery, is not to be missed.
