Grand Avenue On-Site Launch

We are delighted that our Shared Ownership apartments at Grand Avenue in Idyllic Hove are now launched.

We celebrated the launch with an on-site event where prospective buyers were able to view our two brand new show homes. On a beautiful sunny day by the seaside, our sales and marketing team were on hand to show people around the homes and answer questions about the development, the area and Shared Ownership.

In total, we held 10 viewings on the day with couples and families interested in our new spacious one and two-bedroom homes, including three viewings from passers-by, who were intrigued by the shiny new properties, and wanted to take a tour.
