For those who us who dream of living by the sea, this is the perfect urban retreat. Fulfil all your seafood desires in this glorious neighbourhood restaurant on Richmond Road. Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better, we’re here to tell you that they offer a heavenly weekend brunch. Cava optional, but it would be rude not to.

Lardo 

We could write a love letter to Lardo. There’s nothing not to like at this authentic Italian joint. It’s got style in spades, it cures its own meats and the burrata is mouth-wateringly delicious. Lardo, if you’re ever looking for taste testers, we’re available. Just saying.

Bella Vita 

It would be criminal to compile a list of the best eateries in London Fields and not include this authentic Italian. What Bella Vita really does well are moreish pizzas and antipasti. Plus, it’s kind to your bank balance. Bonus.

Rawduck 

Rawduck’s menu reads like a list of everything that’s good in life. Plus, they have the adventurous spirit and talent to put these wildly different ingredients together. Where else could you imagine seeing labneh, buttermilk fried chicken and gnocchetti on the same menu? Plus, they offer regular pickling and fermentation workshops.
