SHNH at the Spring London Home Show 2023

We recently attended Share to Buy’s Spring London Home Show, the Capital’s largest event for first time buyers, at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in Westminster.

The event was a roaring success, we met with thousands of attendees to discuss Shared Ownership and answer questions about all our fantastic current and upcoming developments.

There was a fantastic turnout, with nearly five thousand first-time buyers in attendance. We were delighted to match potential buyers with all of our fantastic developments, from The Uncommon in Clapham and Beck Gardens in Beckenham to Corner Place in Bethnal Green and Southwood Mews in Farnborough. Visitors to our stand were able to discover how Shared Ownership could help them get onto the property ladder.

Our feathery mascot, Quacksley, helped in keeping everyone entertained by regularly popping out to say hello to attendees. He even assisted our Head of Sales and Marketing, Jane Williams at the Ask the Experts panel talk.

At the event we also tested first-time buyers on their Shared Ownership knowledge with our fun interactive quiz. 

Visitors also received our branded gift bags, filled with all the goodies needed to help them remember the fabulous day. It was so great to speak face to face and meet everybody in person, and we’re already looking forward to seeing everyone at the next London Home Show in the autumn.
